Sonny Boy Williamson II (Alex "Rice" Miller) appeared on the show King Biscuit Time, broadcast on KFFA radio from Helena, Arkansas from 1941 - 1947 and again in 1965. This legendary blues radio show got its name from its sponsor 'King Biscuit Flour'. Sonny Boy Williamson was a regular who appeared with Robert Jr. Lockwood and his own band, 'The King Biscuit Entertainers' who included Willie Love and Peck Curtis among others.
